Return of Goods

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us. All goods must be return to us in its original condition within 7 days of the purchase with proof of purchase. Returned products are returned at buyers expense. If your item cannot be fixed you can either swap the goods for another item or be issued a store credit. We will not refund change of mind goods. Custom manufactured items, sale price goods, all ink/ pads sold in an un-sealed package cannot be returned unless subject to manufacturing fault. This policy does not attempt to override obligations under the Consumers Act.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

All faulty or damaged goods will be assessed and determined whether they are repairable or replaced under warranty. Our warranty for all goods is valid for 30days from date of purchase. Products outside of warranty cannot be repaired or replaced. Please contact us for all faulty or damaged goods for us to arrange return of goods.
